Message from the Management

Dear Parents,

“सा विद्या या विमुक्तये”! When translated, it would mean “Education is that which liberates us.” Now, the question arises, what is liberation? From whose clutches do we have to liberate ourselves? Well, our seers have answered these questions also: “We need to liberate ourselves from ignorance, from darkness, from inertia, from superstition, and from fallacy!”

Education has different levels. When the journey starts, our first aim is to become literate. Once we achieve this aim, we move higher to become educated. Many stop after they become educated, but those who don’t stop even here and continue their journey enter the realm of enlightenment, of eternal bliss, of liberation. Education is a never-ending journey, and those who say that their education is complete are exhibiting nothing but their ignorance!

Shri Lal Dayal Public School, popularly referred to as LDPS, aims to kindle among the young ones an unquenchable thirst for knowledge. When the toddler enters a school for the first time, the biggest challenge before the school and management is to generate a real love for books in its student. If a child in his/her 1st year of school falls in love with his/her books for a lifetime, the teacher and the school have succeeded. This is the only credible acid test for the teacher.

I can assure you, dear parents, that when you leave your dear child in our hands, it is the best thing that you could have done for your child. At LDPS, we treat every child as a unique entity, a priceless creation of God. We don’t teach children; instead, we assist them in their learning process. The path to knowledge for a child starts by becoming more and more aware of his surroundings, of gaining knowledge about nature, and correlating himself to her.

A child has to find answers to the eternal questions: Who is he? What is his role here in this world? What is the goal of his life? These are not easy questions, and that’s where the school and its teachers step in to help the child find elusive answers to these questions.

The purpose of the school is to offer everything within its means to the child that would facilitate children on their journey to attain knowledge—a healthy body, mind, and soul; a tranquil environment; honing of life skills; encouragement for exploration, helping them in locating their target in life; showing them the path and the way to reach the target. Whatever facilities we have arranged here in LDPS exist for your child only. We combine New Education Policy in our curriculum for overall growth of student.
